On behalf of The Beacon Society, we hope that as you read this you are in the best of health both mentally as well as physically. We first would like to thank you for carrying the torch, fighting the good fight and holding the fort.

Just as you have organized and built a strong united front, we at the Beacon Society are making the attempt to do the same. To this end, we have formed The Black Education Association Of Con Edison Employees aka The Beacon Society.

We at the Beacon Society would like to meet with you to discuss organizing and other issues that affect minorities in our community and in the Utility Industry. We are not looking for financial support, just a few minutes of your time. We are reaching out to other areas in the utility industry and expect positive feedback.
